Do not fight your battle

I was preparing to go out today when I felt an impression in my spirit. It was a message about leaving battles to the lord. As I began to meditate and ponder over the signal I received, I clearly got a grasp of the message in my spirit. I’m writing this to anyone going through battles and very difficult times. 

Are they people in your life giving you so much problems? Are you presently going through pain caused by a spouse, friend or a boss? Refuse to fight that battle, remove your feet from revenge and turn your face to the Lord. 

I’m not calling you into cowardice, I’m simply reminding you that if you fight this battle, you may fight and loose. Leave the battle to the Lord. When God becomes involved in any situation, he would war against every evil done against you. He would make your enemies stumble like dust. 

Do not get me wrong, I’m not implying that you pray death for your enemies or that you should wish for evil for those who have fought you. I’m only clearly stating that you allow God be the judge of the situation. If you pray death for your enemies, that is when the lord would show mercy and favor upon them. 

When Jonah told the Lord to destroy Nineveh, the lord did not answer his plea at the time. Instead of destroying them, he decided to show mercy on the entire city. However, you would see clearly that later on, the Lord still destroyed the entire city of Nineveh 

Remember to leave your battle to the Lord. Do not pray against your enemies, just leave it to the Lord.
