Day 19

Look before you leap 

There once lived a beautiful princess who wanted to get married. Despite so many brilliant attempts by legible bachelors to seize her heart, yet her persistent discontentment persevered. As the days grew under the sun, the king of birds decided to try his luck. 

This fat bald bird went to a sorcerer and demanded to be made a prince, and really he was given his wishes. During one cool evening, he walked up to her and asked for her hand in marriage and she fell in love with him. What she didn’t know was that he was a fat black bald bird. 

We were told these stories when we were children but it keeps on happening even till this moment. A young beautiful woman falls in-love with a fraudulent gangster. A sincere young man is moved by the slamming beauty of a princess and overlooks the persevering signs of danger. 

Please don’t marry any man or woman you haven’t watched closely. Don’t marry anyone whose character or lifestyle you do not understand. Wait and watch. It is very important to pray but you must watch. You must find out who this man really is. Don’t be in a hurry to settle down, understand their charter before you settle. Wait first!
