Vintage devotional. 

We live in a world where so many people have no value for the lives of others. All through the media we are exposed to information that reports a radical increase in killings, kidnapping and harvesting of organs. 

We also exist in a world where people have no regard for the emotions and feelings of others. This decline in the value for man’s existence has shown that we are really in disturbing times. 

Yesterday I read a story of a man who stabbed his wife to death, just too sad. In addition to the complexity of the problems, I heard that some communities have been brought under the ground through flooding. You may even have more tragic stories to tell about the decline of the society. 

Do not be disturbed about the changing times as you can live whole, relaxed and free. Choose to live beyond any form of aggression in the society, choose to fight the battles that have ravaged your city by showing kindness, and mercy. Open your eyes to the possibility of peace, hope and friendship. 

Remember that you can create your own world by the kind of life you choose to live.
