When I become 30
Episode 2: Know your season
The term Season is subjective in nature and hence differs from person to person. Time only exists on earth in its divisive nature through hours, minutes, days and years. The day one is borne is not the day he dies, but this is also subjective. Some children die the day they are borne.
Just because the seed of a corn and a mango is planted on the same day does not depict the rapidity of their yields. The seed of the corn yields within a little period of time while that of Mangoes takes the harshness of cold and quiet years. In the continuity of time the both would yield, bring forth seeds and satisfy our yearning.
Just because Amaka is getting married this Saturday does not mean your season is farfetched. Ada just got a new car, when You heard this, your heart began to pulsate as if they were beating heavy drums on it.
One cold evening you walked your way into spar and got shattered when you saw the big fat bold engagement ring on the hands of Grace. Your eyes couldn’t kiss sleep that night, you even began to turn on your bed and curse the day you were born.
In that hysteria, you began to think of your misfortune over the years. You have forgotten that your existence on earth is not a replication of the purposes of others but a foresight of the supernatural becoming a reality in your life.
Despite the fact your friend has gotten it all played out properly, choose to be happy for the maturation of their seasons and work hard into believing that every single seed you’ve sown would grow into a great yield. The media may tell you otherwise but remember what Gods word boldly says that there is a time and a season for every purpose under the earth.
